Requirements :

• Male/ Female not more that 27 years old
• Minimum Diploma Degree majoring in psychology and law
• Having minimum 2 years experienced in the same field
• Having good initiative personality to support any HR and GA matters
• Able to work with deft, multitasking, and carefully
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Able to work individually (minimum supervision or as part of a team)

Responsibilities :

• Assist HR Team in arranging recruitment schedule
• Conduct data entry of the employee
• Managing overtime matter and payroll, company assets
• Have a good knowledge about BPJS
