New NOC at Cyber Building 9th Floor


In regarding to the growth of the corporation, PT Dwi Tunggal Putra has expanded the room-space to Cyber Building 9th floor, while the original room-space in 5th floor are still in use for corporate operational activities.

This corporate expansion has been resulted from the growth of corporate market-share and to maintain motto consistency to customer “Quality is Our Priority”.

New NOC at Cyber Building 9th Floor are dedicated to our customer 24 hour x 7 days, non-stop. With bigger space and bigger capacity plus additional new technologies and equipments, the service quality of the new NOC will be higher and truly guaranteed for our customers.

All of our supporting staffs in NOC are knowledgeable of their equipment, network, and service, as well as provide very good support during service implementation and changes, and are proficient at troubleshooting problems.
